Emily Hughes is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in consumer engagement and marketing communications. Currently serving as the Director of Consumer Engagement at The Watkins Co. since December 2017, Emily has previously held the same position at The J.R. Watkins Co. from June 2016 to December 2017. Earlier in the career, Emily was with 3M from February 2008 to May 2016, initially as a Marketing Communications Supervisor for the Post-it® Brand and later as a Marketing Communications Specialist for various Home Care Division brands. Emily's experience also includes positions at MARCOMM Inc. and Tilsner Carton & Meridian Display, alongside relevant education, earning a Master’s Degree in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas and a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
