Adam Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Adam started their career as an Advisory Board Member and Seed Investor at bassike, where they provided strategic guidance and financial support to the company. Adam then went on to become the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Customer Experience Strategy, Product Growth & Innovation at think!. During their tenure, think! achieved significant success in the enterprise application market and won several awards.
Adam also served as a Director of Strategy and Non-Executive Director at Salutec, where they played a key role in driving growth and innovation. Adam facilitated the company's successful buyout and led the team in developing and delivering software, firmware, and hardware prototypes.
Additionally, Adam held positions at various educational institutions, including the University of California San Diego and Monash University, where they served as an Advisory Board Member and Adjunct Professor, respectively. At UCSD, they provided advisory services for the Institute of Supply Chain Excellence and Innovation, working with major companies to foster innovation in supply chain management.
In recent years, Adam has been involved in leadership roles at Watkins Bay, Parakeet, and the City of Casey. At Watkins Bay, they specialized in sales, strategy, innovation, and go-to-market solutions, working closely with CEOs and executive teams. At Parakeet, they directed sales and marketing, customer experience, product growth, and innovation efforts, successfully positioning the company as a leader in B2B payments. As the Corporate Innovation Lead at the City of Casey, Adam built innovation capabilities, implemented education programs, and launched innovative initiatives such as the Casey Incubator and the Casey Living Lab.
Currently, Adam serves as the Chief Executive Officer of REDEI Renewable Energy Solutions.
Adam Ryan completed their education with the following qualifications:
- From 1998 to 2001, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Monash University.
- From 1991 to 1993, they earned a Graduate Diploma in Advertising from AdSchool Australia.
- From 1983 to 1998, Adam received a Victorian Certificate of Education from De La Salle College Malvern.
