Duncan Parkinson

Duncan Parkinson is the current Director of Real Estate and Site Design at Watkins Bay. Prior to this, they held the position of Design Management & Business Development at studioaria, where they were responsible for national and international business development and project delivery for hotels, residences and F&B. Before that, Duncan was Head of Projects at Rise LLC, a franchise investment and operations business that ranged from QSR F&B, licensed F&B, fashion retail and online retail. Their responsibilities there included monthly business plans and review against results, business financial feasibility studies, design and project management, contracts for consultants and contractors, commercial negotiation with developers and operators, procurement, localisation of sourcing, facilities management, and reporting to investors. Duncan has also served as Treasurer at CoreNet Global and Principal at Woods Bagot. Duncan began their career as a Consultant at ADMS Pty Ltd.

Duncan Parkinson studied accounting and law at Bond University. Prior to that, they attended Toowoomba Grammar School and Scots College.

Their manager is Aaron Wild, CEO. They work with Nicola Hamilton - Legal Counsel, Chay Ryan - Director of Development & Construction, and Stuart Dall - Independent Strategic Advisor Finance.
