Andrew White

Andrew White is an experienced leader in both church and business environments. Currently serving as Executive Director of Watoto Childcare Ministries since September 2023, Andrew oversees care for vulnerable populations in Uganda and South Sudan. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Head of Operations at Chanctonbury Church from September 2020 to September 2023, managing various aspects of church administration and strategy in Sussex. Additionally, Andrew founded and directed AAW Consulting from June 2018 to September 2020, focusing on business growth through optimized operations for UK organizations. Earlier, Andrew established AWSOM LLC, one of the USA’s largest music schools, which catered to over 300 students weekly and generated approximately $1 million in turnover. Andrew holds a degree in Business Management & Administration from Bellevue College and furthered education at Georgia Institute of Technology in 2018.
