Justin R Bookman has a diverse work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Justin R started their career as a Supply Chain Intern at Wendy's Quality Supply Chain Cooperative, Inc. in 2008. Justin R then joined Watsco, Inc. in 2009 as a Logistics Coordinator, where they managed transportation and logistics facilities. At CHEP, they held various roles including Asset Recovery Analyst, Retail Supply Chain Analyst, and Regional Logistics Manager. Justin R joined C.H. Robinson as a Key Account Manager in 2014. In 2015, they returned to Watsco, Inc. as a Manager - Logistics. Justin R then worked at Tradewinds, a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., as a Director - Operations. Currently, they are serving as the Director - Supply Chain Logistics at Watsco, Inc. since 2019.

Justin R Bookman earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management from Miami University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009.
