Raymond Lai

Raymond Lai is a highly experienced IT professional with a background in systems support, technical analysis, and IT security. Currently serving as a Technical Analyst in Service Delivery at WatServ since August 2019, Raymond has previously held significant roles at Scotiabank as Team Lead and Senior Systems Support Specialist, where responsibilities included managing WIntel-based physical and virtual servers and supporting Citrix XenApp deployments. Prior to Scotiabank, Raymond worked at Brookfield Corporate Operations as a System Engineer specializing in patch management and IT security analysis, and at Brookfield Technology Services as a System Engineer, focusing on VMware cluster implementation and SAN storage management. Raymond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ryerson University.
