Chris Smyth has extensive experience in the field of marketing and sales management. Chris began their career as an Account Support Representative (ASR) at Ingram Micro in 1994. Chris then moved on to ATTO Technology, Inc. in 1995, where they served as a Product Manager. In 2004, they became the Marketing Manager at Kistler Instrument Corp., where they managed a team of 5 and introduced group structure including weekly team meetings, project lists and annual/quarterly goals. In 2010, they took on the role of Product Manager at IIMAK, where they managed 20 products across 5 product categories. In 2014, they became the ITM Marketing Manager at Unifrax I LLC, where they were responsible for developing the Industrial Thermal Management (ITM) business plan and 5-year sales plan involving building and sustaining product line long-term growth. Chris currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager - Fabricated Bridge Highway Products at Watson Bowman Acme, a position they have held since 2016.

Chris Smyth attended St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute prior to enrolling at Canisius College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing between 1990 and 1994. Chris then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, which they completed in 2002.
