Benjamin O'Neil

Benjamin O'Neil has an extensive work history in the real estate industry, starting in 2004 at Liberty Property Trust where they held various roles until 2020. Benjamin then moved to Prologis as the SVP of Global Capital Deployment before joining Watson Land Company in 2022 as the EVP of Acquisitions.

Benjamin O'Neil completed a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems at Penn State University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 1996. Benjamin also pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Penn State University and engaged in studies in Landscape Architecture.
