Nancy Rodriguez has extensive work experience in various roles related to real estate marketing and sales. Nancy began their career as the Spanish Marketing and Sales Director for New Homes America in 2003, where they worked until 2005. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of Spanish marketing and sales, including event coordination and media communications.

From 2005 to 2008, Nancy worked as the Central Florida Marketing, Sales, and Public Relations Manager for Levitt and Sons. Nancy oversaw Spanish marketing events between Central Florida and Puerto Rico, managed internal sales and communications, and coordinated the development of the annual budget.
