Dr. Phyllis Stark Dnp

Dr. Phyllis Stark DNP, MSN, RN CENP is an accomplished nursing leader with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Watsonville Community Hospital, Dr. Stark previously held the position of Chief Nurse Executive and Chief Operating Officer at Kaiser Permanente Fresno Medical Center. Other significant roles include Chief Nurse Executive for NCAL Regional Continuum and NCAL Regional Director for Continuum Administrative Operations at Kaiser Permanente, as well as Director of Medical Surgical Services and Palliative Care at Community Regional Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Stark was the Director of Patient Care Services at Memorial Hospital Los Banos, an affiliate of Sutter Health.
