Working closely with the Direct Ad team and Ad Operations, the Ad Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and operationalizing Wattpad WEBTOON Brand Partnerships advertising revenue. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the management of campaign set up and ad trafficking process for Display, Video and Native Ad Campaigns using our ad servers
  • Support the management and optimization of digital ad campaigns to ensure they deliver against defined targets
  • Monitor and communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders by putting together active campaign reports
  • Support the Media Planning Specialist with building media plans that meet client KPIs and budget
  • Facilitate basic troubleshooting between support teams, technology and partners including testing tags and monitoring discrepancies as needed
  • Help in researching industry trends and technologies to provide assistance to the broader ad product team
  • Support the broader Wattpad WEBTOON Brand Partnerships team with administrative needs such as data entry, data pulling, maintenance of shared documents and materials

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Math, or other related discipline
  • Passionate about advertising and technology
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data analysis and modeling results into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the digital advertising space

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with campaign optimization, media analytics and digital advertising metrics is an asset
  • Knowledge and understanding of ad operations or media planning is an asset
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker an asset
  • Fan of webcomics, webnovels and pop culture
