Charlotte Madsen

Charlotte Madsen has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Charlotte (Andersen) began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Auditor in 1987 and later transitioned to the role of Manager in Business Consulting. Charlotte (Andersen) then joined Deloitte as a HR Senior Manager in 2002. In 2009, Charlotte moved to Biogen where they assumed various positions including HR Business Partner, HR Manufacturing Site Lead, and finally HR Country Lead for Denmark. After leaving Biogen in 2017, Charlotte took a sabbatical to pursue an Executive Board Education at Copenhagen Business School. Charlotte (Andersen) is currently working at Watts Water Technologies as the HR Lead for their Drains BLÜCHER brand and Nordic Fluid Solutions, responsible for HR operations across multiple European subsidiaries and global sales offices.

Charlotte Madsen holds a Master Class degree in Employment Law from Danske Advokater. Charlotte (Andersen) also has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Aarhus Business College. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Economics & Administration from Copenhagen Business School. Charlotte (Andersen) completed an executive program in Board Education from Copenhagen Business School as well.
