Keith Harms

Keith Harms possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering management, currently serving as Focus Factory Manager at Specialty Product Technologies since July 2017. Prior to this role, Keith held various positions at Danaher Sensors and Controls, including Molding Value Stream Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, from March 2014 to July 2017. As Production Manager at Federal-Mogul, Keith successfully managed a team of 100 across multiple value streams, achieving critical safety and productivity metrics. Keith's career also includes roles at Pella Corporation as Engineering Team Leader and Continuous Improvement Engineer, Celestica as Process Engineering Manager and Process Technician Manager, and Motorola Solutions as Manufacturing Engineer. Keith holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Saint Ambrose University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa.
