Aniela Gherghe has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Aniela began their professional career as a waitress at Moritz Barcelona in 2013. Aniela then worked as an administrative assistant at QResports in 2014 and as an executive administrative assistant at MJ Steps from 2015 to 2016.
In 2016, Aniela joined Leroy Merlin - España's Young Graduates Program, where they successfully implemented business strategies and coordinated teams of 15-20 people until 2019.
After that, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager at Bloobirds from 2019 to 2023, where they ensured client satisfaction and success.
Aniela also worked as a Professor at Nuclio Digital School from 2020 to 2023, where they imparted their knowledge and expertise to students.
Their most recent experiences include working as a Sales Strategy Consultant at SaaS Growth from 2021 to 2023 and as the Head of Customer Success at both Telematel and Wattwin, starting in 2023.
Throughout their career, Aniela has demonstrated their ability to excel in customer success, sales strategies, team management, and business development.
Aniela Gherghe completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2009 to 2013. During their studies, they also participated in an ERASMUS program at Université catholique de Louvain in 2011-2012. Aniela later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at EAE Business School from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are studying for a degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Complex Project Management at Esade, which started in 2022.
