Steve Gibson has extensive experience in business development and management within the construction and event management industries. Currently serving as a Management Committee Member for UDIA Queensland and holding the position of National Commercial Manager - ANZ at Wattyl, Steve has a proven track record of enhancing market share and fostering strong relationships with clients across various sectors. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Weathertex and CASF Australia, where substantial growth was achieved through strategic client education and engagement. Steve's earlier experience encompasses significant roles at Caesarstone Australia and Laminex Australia, where responsibilities involved driving sales and specifications in the architecture and design community. Additionally, Steve directed operations at Community Events Plus, successfully managing events for local communities, and has a background in the Jim's Group, starting as a franchisee and advancing to regional franchisor.
