Antonina Iakymchuk

Antonina Iakymchuk has extensive experience in HR roles, spanning over 15 years. Antonina is currently the Head of HR Kenya at Watu Credit since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Global HR Director at Virtuozzo from January 2022 to October 2022. Antonina also served as an HR Partner at Kyndryl from September 2021 to February 2022. Before that, Antonina held various HR positions at IBM, including HR Leader for IBM Ukraine, HRBP for CEE Partner Ecosystem Business Unit, HR Business Partner for AskHR EMEA, and Country Operations and Business Controls Leader. Their work at IBM started in 2006, and they remained with the company until February 2022.

Antonina Iakymchuk attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, although the specific dates and degree obtained are not provided. Prior to that, they studied at the Ukrainian Institute of Linguistics and Management from 2000 to 2005.
