Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Waukee Community School District is responsible for strategic decision-making and operational oversight, ensuring the district effectively executes its mission to optimize student learning. Comprised of the President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, the team collaborates to develop and implement educational policies, manage resources, and foster a culture of academic excellence, thereby supporting teachers and administrators in delivering a rigorous and relevant curriculum.
