Jon Martin

Jon Martin currently serves as the Program Manager for Chapter Relations at the American Library Association, where leadership is provided to volunteer committees connecting 57 state and territorial associations and 8000 student members to the national organization. Additionally, Jon is the President of the Board of Trustees for the Waukegan Public Library. Prior experience includes roles at the Boy Scouts of America, where service ranged from District Director to Senior District Executive and District Executive, delivering quality Scouting programs to thousands of youth and adult volunteers. Early career experience includes serving as a Building Attendant at Northern Michigan University and Summer Camp Staff for the Boy Scouts of America. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International, Environmental, and Sustainability Studies from Northern Michigan University.
