Lisa Persohn is the current VP, Director of Operations at Waukesha State Bank. Lisa has over 9 years of experience in financial operations and management. Prior to their current position, Lisa worked as an Operations Manager/Business Administrator for Bronfman E.L. Rothschild & Predecessor Entities - Lake Country Wealth Management & Integrated Financial Solutions, LLC from September 2006 to December 2015. In their previous role, Lisa was responsible for strategic planning, accounting, compliance, human resources, marketing, IT/database management, and financial services.

Lisa Persohn has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Lisa is certified by the Cannon Financial Institute as a Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist and by the State of Wisconsin as a Certified Public Accountant.
