Lydia OJOFU

Lydia Ojofu has a diverse work experience. Lydia started their career at Buckwyld Media Network as a Public Relations Officer during their NYSC year. Lydia then moved on to Aero Contractors of Nigeria Ltd, where they worked as a Reservation Officer/Call Centre Agent. In this role, they supervised and coached a team, reviewed contracts and pricing structures, and handled customer complaints with professionalism. Lydia'smost recent position is at WAVE Electronics, Inc. as a Sales Representative. Here, Lydia excelled in customer service by addressing queries and initiated marketing plans to exceed sales quotas. Lydia also expanded the customer portfolio by establishing new sales leads.

Lydia OJOFU obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from Benson Idahosa University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including "Understanding Customers" from The Open University in February 2020, "Soft Skills Training" from the Chicago Institute of Business in December 2019, and "Management Strategies for People & Resources" from the Young African Leadership Initiative in May 2019.
