Chikdu Shivalila

Chikdu Shivalila has a diverse work experience in the field of biology, starting as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering in 2016. Progressing to roles at Wave Life Sciences, they worked their way up from Scientist II to Senior Scientist, Principal Scientist, and eventually Director Biology, showcasing strong expertise and leadership in the industry.

Chikdu Shivalila obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009. Chikdu then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they completed a Postdoctoral program at Harvard University in 2016.
