Liz Hevenstone

Liz Hevenstone has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at both Wave and SpectrumAi since 2025 and 2022 respectively, Liz previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Business Development at Buoy Health from 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, Liz was with Optum for over a decade, where responsibilities included Vice President roles in Employer Solutions and Strategic Accounts. Liz's career began at Mount Sinai Health System as Director of Workplace Wellness. Liz holds a Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Policy & Management from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from Emerson College.
