Emily Austin is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles across different companies. Emily started their career at ICF International, where Emily pioneered a framework for assessing climate change risks. Emily then moved on to Climate Policy Initiative and The Climate Corporation, where Emily held positions in analytics, operations, and product management. Currently, Emily is the Chief People Officer at Wave Mobile Money, leading the growth of the People function as the company expands. Emily holds a degree in Biology and Economics from Wesleyan University.
