Tom McGillivray has a strong background in customer experience and support. Tom is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Wavelo, where they oversee customer-related operations. Prior to that, they worked at Tucows as the VP of Customer Experience, leading various customer-focused roles from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Tucows, McGillivray had an extensive tenure at BlackBerry, where they held several leadership positions in customer support and vendor management, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
Tom McGillivray received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from McMaster University between 1995 and 1998. Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Mohawk College to study Networking and Hardware, although they did not obtain a degree during this period.
