Milton Liao

Milton Liao is an accomplished professional in the fields of media, advertising, and marketing, currently serving as GroupM Client President of South China Head of GBA and Outbound since October 2024. With extensive experience, Liao has held the position of Chief Business Officer for South China and Managing Director of Wavemaker Hong Kong since September 2015. Previous roles include Vice President at 侨鑫集团东方药林 and at HJ Heinz, where Liao was Marketing Director. Additionally, Liao served as Greater China Brand Director at 安利日用品有限公司 and Associate Brand Director at 李奥贝纳广告公司, managing advertising for major clients. Liao holds an EMBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and advanced degrees in Marketing and Finance from the University of Sydney, alongside a Bachelor of Economics in International Economics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
