Suzanne Dunford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and climate change management. Currently serving as the Manager of Sustainability and Resilience at Waverley Council since July 2019, Suzanne has also held leadership roles at the Office of Environment and Heritage (NSW) since 2017, focusing on climate change information delivery and adaptation strategies. Previous positions include Principal Policy Officer at NSW Office of Environment and Heritage and State Coordinator for Climate Change Action and Coordination at the Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water (NSW). With a strong educational foundation that includes a Master’s in Transdisciplinary Research and a Master’s in Public Administration, Suzanne has developed tools for local communities to address climate change impacts and has managed significant programs and initiatives throughout their career.
