Clare Allan

Clare Allan (Davies) currently serves as the Head of Contractor Resourcing Function at Wavestone UK since April 2024, overseeing contractor resourcing across various industry sectors, including Change and Transformation, CIO Advisory, and Cybersecurity, following Wavestone's acquisition of PEN. Previously, Clare held the position of Associate Partner and Head of Contractor Resourcing Function at PEN from March 2013 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing the sourcing of associates, developing the Contractor Resourcing Function, client business development, and candidate management. Earlier experience includes roles as Manager at ResourceCo (part of Navigant Consulting), UK Recruitment Manager and Team Leader at Navigant Consulting, Senior Recruitment Consultant at TPP Not for Profit, and Recruitment Consultant at Walker Hamill. Clare holds a BA (Hons) in English & Latin Literature from the University of Warwick.
