Ali Zihni Kutlar

Ali Zihni Kutlar has over 25 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry. Ali Zihni began their career in 1994 as a Sales Engineer for Kaimann-Avrasya. In 1995, they began working as an Infrastructure Chief Engineer for Ericsson. Ali Zihni then moved to Telsim A.S. where they held multiple roles from 1997 to 2004, including New Agreements Department Manager, Engineering Department Manager, Implementation & Engineering Department Manager of Europe Region, Survey and Documentation Manager, and Infrastructure Chief Engineer. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Site Automation Coordinator for Petrol Ofisi A.S. Ali Zihni then joined Vodafone Turkey in 2006, where they held the roles of Audit & Transmission Rollout Manager and Technical Contract Manager of Motorola Project until 2010. Ali Zihni then became RAN Rollout Senior Manager for Vodafone Turkey until 2011. After that, they worked as a Consultant for NETAŞ from 2014 to 2018. Ali Zihni is currently an Engineer, Field Operations for WaveTech Group, Inc.

Ali Zihni Kutlar received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical&Electronics Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University between 1984 and 1990. Ali Zihni then went on to obtain their Master's degree in Engineering Physics from Gaziantep University between 1991 and 1994. Ali Zihni also attended Gazi Orta Okulu.
