Dana Celona

Dana Celona has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Product Innovation Project Manager at Wawa, Inc. since July 2011, previously holding roles as Concept Development Specialist and Product Development Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as an Intern/Food Technician at Keystone Foods and as a Cake Decorator at Safeway/Genuardi's. Dana Celona earned a Master of Science in Food Science from Kansas State University (2012-2015) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science from Drexel University (2007-2011), as well as a Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Art Institute of Philadelphia (2008-2009).
