Erika M. Lane holds multiple professional certifications, including SHRM-SCP, CLC, and CSC, and has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as the Divisional HR Leader at Wawa, Inc., Erika previously held the role of Manager of Benefits and Wellbeing. Erika's background includes significant positions at IKEA Group as both Director of Employee Relations and Benefits Manager, and at Aon Hewitt as Human Resources Implementation Manager and Lead HR Services Consultant. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Benefits Analyst at HMS HOST and Benefits Analyst at MedStar Health.
