Lydia Stutzman

Lydia Stutzman, SPHR (she/her/they) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and organizational development. Starting in 1994, Lydia served as the Director of Human Resources at Hilton Hotels before joining QVC, where they held several leadership positions including Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and Vice President of Human Resources Operations. At QVC, Lydia led complex change and transformation projects, focusing on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, executive coaching, employee engagement, and more.

In 2016, Lydia started their own consulting business, lydiastutzman.com, where they provided strategic HR consulting services for organizational, talent, and corporate citizenship strategies. They also demonstrated a track record of success in turning around projects and teams under stress, as well as building them from scratch.

Lydia's experience also includes working as an HR Consultant and Chief People Officer at American Reading Company, where they provided full-time consultancy support, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and culture.

Currently, Lydia is employed at Wawa, Inc. as the Head of People Team Market Growth Strategy, leading the development and build of organizational design initiatives, processes, and capabilities. They also serve as a strategic workforce partner, providing advisory services to support Wawa's business strategy.

Throughout their career, Lydia has exhibited a passion for progress, strategic business partnership, and finding people and operational solutions that enhance organizational performance and employee experience while adding business value.
