Robert Rivers

Robert Rivers possesses extensive experience in retail and management, currently serving as a Training General Manager at Wawa, Inc. since November 2021. Previously, Robert held the position of General Manager at Target from April 2016 to November 2021, where significant contributions included driving a 20% increase in same store sales, leading a large team, and achieving operational excellence. Prior to Target, Robert worked at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, playing a vital role in a new store opening and exceeding sales targets. Earlier experience includes various leadership and planning roles at EXPRESS, including managing significant teams and opening multiple store locations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the University of Central Florida.
