Jeremy Caparas

Jeremy Caparas has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2003 as a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T Mobility. Jeremy then worked as a Mortgage Consultant at Montgomery Mortgage Capital and Madison Home Mortgage before joining Prudential Financial as a Financial Professional in 2008. After that, they worked as a Licensed Insurance Producer specializing in property and casualty insurance at Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency. In 2014, Jeremy joined Paychex as a Health & Benefits Insurance Agent before transitioning to the role of Major Markets Human Capital Management Consultant. Jeremy then worked as a Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services from 2017 to 2021. Most recently, they served as an Employee Benefits Consultant at CBIZ Insurance Services and currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success at WAX as of 2022.

Jeremy Caparas attended Middlesex College from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained an Associates degree in Liberal Arts, Music, and Business. Prior to that, they attended East Brunswick High School from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their education, Jeremy has obtained certifications in Property and Casualty Insurance, Health Insurance, and Life Insurance, all obtained in October 2008 and 2009.
