Conrad Bates

Conrad Bates has a diverse professional background encompassing education, real estate, and marketing. Since August 2016, Conrad has served as a Teacher at Waxahachie Independent School District while also working as a Realtor at Hi View Real Estate since May 2016. Prior to these roles, Conrad was an Account Coordinator/Conceptor for the Frito-Lay account at The Marketing Arm from October 2014 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing client relations and overseeing a crowdsourcing platform for Frito-Lay. Earlier experience includes serving as an Admissions Ambassador at The University of Texas at Austin from May 2012 to May 2014, where Conrad tailored admissions experiences for prospective students, and an Advertising Intern at Young & Rubicam during summer 2013, contributing to broadcast production and client strategy development. Conrad holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business, obtained in 2014, following graduation from Waxahachie High School in 2010.
