Aliya Degeneste-Wheeler

Aliya Degeneste, MBA currently serves as the Senior Director of People and Culture at Waxman Strategies since December 2020. Prior to this role, Aliya was the Director of Operations at Educare DC from October 2017 to July 2020, where Aliya was a member of the executive leadership team overseeing Human Resources, Operations, and Finance departments. Aliya also held the same title at Aveda Arts & Sciences Institutes from July 2013 to July 2017, where Aliya managed a team of 30 employees responsible for ensuring exceptional higher education delivery and generating up to $4M in revenue annually.
