In the role of Pre-Construction Services and Senior Estimator, he has performed on competitive plan & spec, lump sum, cost-plus GMP, fee & general conditions, and design-assist / design-build contracts. He has been involved in a diverse collection of office, healthcare, research, educational, data center, and central plant projects.
