Jessica Hepple-Poolman

Jessica Hepple-Poolman is an experienced transcriber and educator with a strong background in English language and literature. Currently serving as a transcriber at Way With Words since August 2018, Jessica has developed expertise in transcribing diverse audio files covering a range of topics. Prior to this, Jessica was a university marker and online tutor for the Creative Writing for Public Relations course at the University of South Africa from March 2020 to December 2022. Additionally, Jessica held positions as a Writing Fellow and Critical Thinking Teaching Assistant at the University of the Witwatersrand, contributing significantly to writing and critical thinking education across various disciplines. Jessica possesses a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of the Witwatersrand, along with ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in Medical Humanities.
