Randy Beringer

Randy Beringer has a diverse work experience in the design and creative field. Randy is currently working as the Head of Design at WayBetter. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at WW (formerly Weight Watchers), including Senior Director of Product Design, Design Director, and Design Manager. During their time at WW, Randy played a key role in building and leading a design team, contributing to the transformation of the WW app and achieving significant improvements in app ratings, user engagement, and conversion rates. Before their tenure at WW, Randy worked as an Associate Creative Director at SapientRazorfish and as a Senior Art Director at both McCann Worldgroup and SapientRazorfish. Randy began their career as a Designer at Publicis.

Randy Beringer has a Master of Science degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Electronic Media Arts, and Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
