Alpika Mishra is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the CTO and Head of Strategy & Operations at Wayfair, Alpika has previously held significant roles at Walmart Global Tech, including Senior Director of US Technology Strategy, Portfolio Management & Business Operations, as well as Director positions in Strategy & Operations and Strategic Planning. Prior experience also includes a role as Senior Strategist at Slalom Consulting and various managerial positions at Walmart Labs, including Senior Manager II. Alpika began the career as a Finance Manager at Microsoft, establishing a solid foundation in financial management.
