Alyssa Poh

Alyssa Poh is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in account management and operations. Currently serving as the National Account Operations Manager at American Greetings since March 2019, Alyssa has also held the position of Field Manager. Prior experience includes managing campaigns for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as Campaign Manager, overseeing tele-recruiting efforts for South Carolina schools. At RJ Reynolds, Alyssa progressed to Territory Manager III and managed approximately 100 clients, coordinating monthly meetings to enhance performance and profitability. Earlier roles include Student Records/Student Accounts Coordinator at ECPI University, where Alyssa significantly improved retention rates, and Assistant Manager at Alys Cleaning Service, overseeing client schedules and customer service. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Investments and Corporate Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
