Karoline Etter

Karoline Etter is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in public relations and external communications. Currently serving as the External Communications Manager at Wayfair since October 2024, Karoline has previously held positions such as Manager of Earned Media at Golin and Account Manager at Agean Public Relations. Expertise includes managing client accounts, leading campaigns and events, securing media coverage, and mentoring interns. Karoline's experience spans diverse industries, having worked with clients such as SERHANT., BNY Mellon, and iRobot, where skills in media relations, press materials, and corporate communications were developed. A graduate of Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Public Relations, Karoline has also served as Chapter President of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).
