Mike Wool

Michael Wool is an accomplished IT professional with a diverse background in managing and developing IT infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as Associate Director at Wayfair since January 2022, Michael previously held significant roles at Amazon from 2014 to 2022, culminating in the position of Senior Regional IT Manager, where leadership was provided to teams supporting the IT infrastructure across North and South America. Michael's earlier career includes over 15 years at Highmark, progressing through various director-level positions, notably overseeing Data Center Operations and leading the implementation of HIPAA standards. Initial experience at Geisinger Health System involved maintaining MSA Accounting Systems. Michael holds a BS in Computer Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
