Riley K. is an experienced User Researcher currently working at Wayfair as a User Researcher II since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior UX Researcher and UX/UI Researcher at Eleanor Health from September 2022 to September 2025, as well as a Research and Design Associate at Bentley University's User Experience Center from January 2021 to January 2022. Riley's background also includes significant program management experience as a Senior MBA Recruiter & Program Manager at HubSpot, where responsibilities included managing the Accelerated Leadership Rotational Program and Internship. Prior to this, Riley spent nearly five years at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in various roles focusing on MBA recruitment optimization, branding, and marketing efforts across Northeast campuses. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Bates College.
