Ryan Gilchrist

Ryan leads Wayfair’s Global Talent Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, collectively responsible for facilitating the best possible employee experience for current and future Wayfairians. For the last four years, Ryan has led the overall strategy and execution of Global Recruiting, Total Rewards, Immigration, Mobility, People Analytics, and the company’s Employee Resource Center. Previously, Ryan served as the General Manager of Wayfair’s Housewares & More business, spanning Kitchen, Appliances, and Storage, as well as the Pet Furniture and Recreation categories. Prior to joining Wayfair, Ryan was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company where he focused on serving clients in the retail and consumer products industry. Ryan holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The US Naval Academy.
