Shardé Marchewski

Shardé Marchewski has extensive experience in category management and finance. Shardé has held various roles in companies such as Wayfair, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Bank of America, and Regions Bank. Shardé holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College. Shardé has also completed a Pre-MBA Leadership Program at Yale School of Management. At Wayfair, Shardé currently serves as Head of Global DEI, Supplier Diversity & CSR, where Shardé has been instrumental in creating and implementing programs to support diverse-owned suppliers and businesses.
