Stefan Reimig is currently the Director of Global Customer Service at Wayfair since June 2020. Prior to this role, Stefan held various positions at McKinsey & Company from November 2008 to May 2020, including Associate Partner. Stefan also has experience as an intern at The Boston Consulting Group, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Bosch France, and COSMEUROP SAS. Stefan holds a Ph.D. in Business Economics and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Economics from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
