Duncan Howorth

Duncan Howorth serves as the UK Chair and Senior Adviser at Lumera since July 2024, focusing on strategic growth in the UK and Europe. Previously, Duncan was the Non Executive Chairman at Independent Transition Management Ltd, guiding the company through expansion into insurance and asset management. From June 2016 to January 2020, Duncan was a Director at Smart Pension Ltd, enhancing auto enrolment solutions, and from 2013 to 2015, Duncan was the Chief Executive of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group's Asia operations, managing insurance and benefits across 11 countries and leading key acquisitions. Earlier, as CEO of Jardine Lloyd Thompson UK Employee Benefits from 2007 to 2012, Duncan directed significant growth and established the company as a leading employer benefits specialist.
