Waymakers
Natalie Batista is an experienced mediator currently serving at the Lerner Conflict Resolution Center since 2021, and as a Senior Mediator at Waymakers since June 2019. Additionally, Natalie has been a Mediator with OC Human Relations from June 2020. Previously, Natalie gained experience as an intern at ATS Advanced Trustee Strategies, a financial services firm focused on multi-generational estate planning, in late 2017. Academically, Natalie is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at Western State College of Law, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University, completed in May 2021.
