Ariel Anders

Ariel Anders is a Senior Software Engineer at Waymo since November 2022, specializing in programming cars. Prior to this role, Ariel worked at Robust.AI as a Senior Roboticist and previously held various positions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2012 to 2019, including Robot Wrangler and Graduate Research Assistant in the Learning and Intelligent Systems group. Additional experience includes roles as Lead Technology Developer at the Lab Energy Assessment Center, technical instructor at the MIT BeaverWorks Summer Institute, and lecturer at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering. Ariel holds a PhD and an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
