Dani Gomes

Dani Gomes, MSIRE, currently serves as the Head of Global Real Estate Strategy, Market Advisory at Waymo, supporting the strategic growth of Waymo One since February 2023. Previously, Dani held the position of Director of Real Estate Development at Astra, focusing on strategic growth and portfolio management in the space sector from November 2021 to February 2023. With extensive experience at Tesla from 2015 to 2021, Dani managed a significant real estate portfolio across North America and the Pacific, supervising a team and overseeing project execution. Dani's career includes roles as a Transaction Coordinator at NAI NorCal, Associate at Associated Capital Consultants, Property Manager at Atlantis Properties, and prior positions at Ford Models, Inc. and Marcus & Millichap. Academically, Dani holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from West Valley College.
